antiklimax

Yesterday, I thought I would finish off my conclusion. Thought, I say, because it was a lot harder than expected. Previously, I had imagined the conclusion to sort of write itself. I mean, it had been that easy to write the preface, to why shouldn't it be the same with the conclusion? This morning it struck me.

Most other conclusions I have written have been the conclusions of papers that I don't particularly care about. They have been a sum up-cake with a heavy on-the-one-hand-on-the-other-frosting. And of you know your cake isn't all the good, you don't really bother with the frosting, do you?

But now, I actually do have something to say with my text; I hope it will make a difference; and that I can say something valuable about the 80 pages I just put the reader through.

So, I figured as I ate my breakfast: The whole point with the blog is to write yourself out of writing problems. Miraculously, the solution pops up while writing the blog. When I planned to write this particular post, I had decided to simply write my conclusion here, and then take what I could and copy-paste it into my document. My subconsciousness quickly stoppd that by having me write in English, though.

And now I remembered that I also have to work some more on my teaching guides. I think I forgot to tell you this, but I decided to include two versions of the four teaching guides. Versions A are the old ones (that I made when I was so young and innocent five months ago), and versions B are the new ones (that I have to finish today).

Perhaps I'll write the conclusion tomorrow...
